Winter Solstice Moon Salutation Flow
An hour long practice moving through slow, grounding poses. An opportunity to reflect on our past year, and end looking forward. This class is free or donation based. Any donations go towards our local radio station KBMF. We will be flowing in the 2nd Story Ballroom of the Carpenters Union Hall!

About the event
Come Join Alyssa as she leads us through an hour of Moon Salutations. During the winter solstice, as we prepare ourselves to welcome back the sun, it is a time for grounding, a reconnection to the earth, and a time to remember what has past. We will flow in a circular fashion around our mat, moving slowly and with intention coupled with several hip opening poses.
A great class for beginners and experienced Yogis alike.
This is a Community Class and is open to everyone! Any donations will benefit our local radio station KBMF
