This event has multiple session that you can sign up for sperpatly or collectively.
2-5pm = $50 for entire retreat
$15 per individual session
2pm-3:15 Movement/Kriya-
Mindful movement along the lineage of kriya yoga, repetitive postures along with a certain breath pattern. This is the portion of the day where the most movement can be found.
